To serve you better and faster, we have strategically positioned three warehouses across the European Union.

Orders for Germany will be shipped with DPD (2-3 days, traceable) or Deutsche post (3-5 days).
Orders for France will be shipped with La Poste recommended (2-4 days, traceable) or La Poste normal (3-6 days).
Orders for Italy will be shipped with GLS (2-3 days, traceable) or Poste It (4-8 days).
Orders for Romania will be shipped with ACS courier (1-2 days, traceable) or postal delivery (4-8 days).
Orders for Greece will be shipped with ACS courier (1-2 days, traceable) or postal delivery (3-8 days).
Orders for UK will be shipped with Yodel courier (3-4 days, traceable) or postal delivery (4-8 days).
Orders for Spain will be shipped with Tipsa courier (3-4 days, traceable) or postal delivery (4-8 days).
Orders for Serbia will be shipped with postal delivery (4-8 days).
Orders for Netherlands will be shipped with DPD courier (3-4 days, traceable) or Deutsche post (4-8 days).
Orders for Hungary will be shipped with Sameday courier (3-4 days, traceable) or Deutsche post (4-8 days).
All other orders will be shipped with German posts, normal or tracked, depending on the shipping choice.


This allows us to dispatch your order from the facility nearest to you, ensuring not only speed but also a reduced carbon footprint. We pride ourselves on our efficiency; most orders are dispatched on the same or the next business day — with a strong preference for the same day to get your products to you as swiftly as possible.

Europe: Choose the shipping method that best suits your needs, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 10 business days. We strive to optimize our delivery solutions to offer you convenience and flexibility. Rest of the World: Expect delivery within 3 to 21 days, ensuring that no matter where you are, your keys reach you in a timely manner. Remember, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, which are not counted in shipment estimations. Free and Secure Shipping Options For selected EU countries, we are pleased to offer a complimentary, untracked delivery option. This service is available where we have full confidence in the local postal system to deliver your package safely and reliably. For international customers and those preferring added security, we recommend our tracked/registered delivery options. Peace of mind comes from knowing exactly where your package is at any time.
