Customers may return new and unused products for a refund (excluding special order items) within seven days.

Products should be returned in original packaging (where applicable). We cannot accept returns on keys that have been cut as these products are made to order.

Faulty products may be returned for a refund but we will not refund any product that does not work due to incorrect programming or incorrect part selection.

You must inform us in advance of returning an item, and confirm the reason for the return. Failure to do so will delay your return being processed.
